Dear Clients,

In order to maintain the quality of care you expect, I will be adjusting my session rate from $125 to $140, effective December 3, 2024. This change is necessary to offset rising operational costs, ensuring I can continue providing the dedicated support you deserve.

At Refined Mental Health and Wellness, PLLC., we are committed to providing

high quality mental health care tailored to your needs. Our private rates range from $110 to $140 per session. Many of our clients choose to use their insurance benefits to help cover the cost of services.

We also accept some sub-companies under these primary insurance providers. Please contact us to verify your insurance coverage and understand your benefits. Our goal is to make mental health care accessible and convenient for you.
